This is easily the worst jump rope I’ve used. I’ve been training with a jump rope for about six months, so I’m not a beginner, and I decided to try this one because it’s weighted. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but frustrating. It’s extremely difficult to size correctly, and the rope has poor momentum, which makes it hard to maintain a smooth rhythm. On top of that, the rope started tearing after just a few uses, exposing a sharp metal wire that actually creates sparks when it hits the ground, which is a huge safety concern. Because of how poorly it spins, it constantly smacks your legs, making it uncomfortable and ineffective to use. Overall, the quality is terrible and not worth the money. DO NOT BUY THIS JUMP ROPE!!!

So Far So Good
I really like the ability to adjust rope lengths and the weighted handle is great - It helps me (beginner) to feel where the rope is at when timing my double unders.

Poorly Made.
Used the rope for less than 15 minutes and the handle snapped. I would not recommend this poorly made product.

Good Price, Low Quality
I bought this rope just over 6 months ago and used it probably every other day during that time. In the middle of my workout yesterday, one of the handles snapped in half, releasing the clasp that holds the rope line in place. I am happy for the use I was able to get out of it, however, I was hoping for something a bit more durable.

Broke First Time Using It
Was using it for double unders at the gym and the grip came apart along with the caps that hold in the weights.
