I'm 5'4, 125 pounds, and apparently too large for this size "small" belt. Not sure who this is made for, but if you're a full grown adult, definitely size up!

Excellent Support
This weightlifting belt offers excellent support. The sizing options available offer a more custom fit. I went with a size large and both myself and my husband are able to comfortably use the belt. I definitely felt the added support in my core and back. Wearing the belt made me more aware of my form and alignment while lifting. Great choice to reduce injuries and focus on proper form while lifting.

Light And Flexible.
I like the Ethos weight belt because it is light weight and flexible. I will fit in my gym bag very easy. In the past, I have used a leather belt and this belt feels like its no as supportive, but I expect that.

Sturdy Lifting Belt
I ordered the Ethos women's nylon lifting belt in size small based on the waistline sizing chart. I found it to be small/tight. It would be preferred to have a longer/forgiving closure adhesive. For me, it would fit best if worn under a top. It does, however, feel very sturdy and supportive for the back. Perhaps sizing up would be my recommendation.
