I'm 5'4, 125 pounds, and apparently too large for this size "small" belt. Not sure who this is made for, but if you're a full grown adult, definitely size up!

Excellent Support
This weightlifting belt offers excellent support. The sizing options available offer a more custom fit. I went with a size large and both myself and my husband are able to comfortably use the belt. I definitely felt the added support in my core and back. Wearing the belt made me more aware of my form and alignment while lifting. Great choice to reduce injuries and focus on proper form while lifting.

Light And Flexible.
I like the Ethos weight belt because it is light weight and flexible. I will fit in my gym bag very easy. In the past, I have used a leather belt and this belt feels like its no as supportive, but I expect that.

Sturdy Lifting Belt
I ordered the Ethos women's nylon lifting belt in size small based on the waistline sizing chart. I found it to be small/tight. It would be preferred to have a longer/forgiving closure adhesive. For me, it would fit best if worn under a top. It does, however, feel very sturdy and supportive for the back. Perhaps sizing up would be my recommendation.

If It Has The Name Ethos On It, You Know It Has To Be Good
I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. Nonetheless, it is a sturdy belt by a reputable brand that also makes weightlifting equipment, so you just know it is of good quality.

Nice Belt
I am 5’4 120lbs athletically lean. This belt fits well. Not uncomfortable or pinches. I haven’t used it a whole lot but I do feel it helps and does as its purposes intends for. It’s better than a nine belt I have.

Comfy Weight Belt
This belt holds me just right, it’s been perfect for the times I’m lifting a little heavier. It’s actually become my new favorite weight belt. My waist is about 33” the M works perfectly for my waist.

Great Belt
The belt was ordered for my daughter who has started weight training for cheerleading. The belt is very well made and feels comfortable while she is working out. Tha adjustment straps are well placed and easy to adjust for the perfect fit. Belt is lightweight yet sturdy enough to protect the back.
