Set it up on my ethos power rack and both straps slip right through once pressure is applied. I did a second loop and it seems to hold fine.

The rings are good quality, and the locks to hold the ring height in place stay in place, no slipping like with cheaper brands.

These Rings Are Great
Purchased these with my Rewards bonus and they were also on sale so I decided to buy them since they were basically free. These are a great addition to any home gym as I attached to my Ethos Power Rack. You can adjust the length and use them anywhere! You can do inverted rows, dips, pullups, ab exercises etc. The stability needed to keep your posture activates other muscle fibers I might not be able to activate with other exercises; I can feel it when my arms start to shake due to the build up of lactic acid. This is probably why most gymnasts who use rings are ripped (that and proper nutrition). All in all, great quality of straps and wood to support your weight in any workout.

Great Gymnastics Rings
First time ever using gymnastic rings, yet alone buying them, and you can tell the quality right away. Well worth the price and nothing that will break the bank.
