Love this! Great cardio workout while building muscle tone in my biceps!

It’s ok for a beginner but it’s very loud clunky and to slow. Also, I’m constantly having to re tighten my bag after just about every round because it becomes loose. One time when I first bought it the pole and bag came out of the base and fell on the floor. Now looking for something better…

Bought this for my son and he loves it! He uses it all the time! I highly recommend for a teenage boy!

It's a decent practice tool for reflexes, precision and endurance. My worst complaint though is that the hole to use to fill it with sand it barely larger than a quarter. Filling it with sand is tedious and frustration. The hole needs to be much larger, a cover or something. Took me forever to fill it and that's not pleasing at all when one wants to use it quickly.

I just bought this yesterday and I have been using this non stop. I haven’t touched my console or pc since. this is really strong and durable. The only thing is it can be knocked over from time to time if you keep swinging and not letting it become still, but other than that it’s really helpful for training. It over exceeded my expectations.

I was doing the normal 10 min set and I split the metal on the bag and it fell straight down yo my foot ! I required stitches…! Very weak metal? If u can even call it metal

This bag is good for learning to throw punches at a moving target and use your footwork. It is slower than a cobra bag because the spring is at the bottom, so if you want a fast bag don't get this one. I filled the base with water and it is about 40 lbs., light enough to move but still stays in place. I don't hit this bag that hard because that's not what it's for. If I really smack it, the base will rock. Not for heavy hitting. But it would be a good addition to your gym if you want to have different bags for different purposes.
Poor quality High price
I would say it's adequate at best. Decent enough for a kid or someone looking for a little fun. Suggest you spend a few dollars more and get a better than half decent

This bag depends on what you're looking to do. This is a very good bag for practicing form, but it is next to useless for getting a workout. It is well built and sturdy. Unlike many free-standing punching bags, I never had an issue with it moving around on me. It's a great target for going through motions and combos, and the recoil is strong enough that you can practice slips and blocks. However, the bottom-based spring is quite soft. As a result the bag bends all the way to the floor on even light contact. The result is that the entire thing moves extremely slowly, and so you can never get moving quickly enough for an endurance or training workout. Even after 9 rounds, I barely even broke a sweat. Buy this bag if you want to practice. Absolutely do not buy this bag if you want a workout.

I bought this bag used on marketplace for $50 about a month ago. You can get a somewhat decent work out with it. Everything is the bags too slow and you can’t really throw hooks on it because if you do the pool becomes loose I have to stop and keep tightening it every so often but it’s a decent bags to throw that in Wrights.

We put sand in it to weigh it down and because of the design this was a long and cumbersome process.
