Solid Heavy Bag

Bought this for my son. He is autistic and it is a great way to "let off steam". Especially handy when the internet or tv are not working. Sand is the way to go when filling it up. Use a funnel and save a ton of time.

On Top For Practicing.

I bought this a year ago and I love it and it has been such a good way to practice boxing techniques in your own home,it is stable and doesn't rock to much.The height is perfect for me but I am a shorter person so if your short this is a great option.

Buy With Caution

This thing is a joke for adults. I’m having to build a platform to set this on, just so I can spin the hitting surface down and make it stable. As it sets, this bag is useless to any person over 5’5” tall. I’m guessing I’ll be at 200 lbs of sand, just to make it stable on top of that. Why is buying basic equipment so hard when that is the job of these places? I swear it’s always a disappointment.
