Dont Buy

Dont buy this garbage, its worth $70 if we considered the value you get.. too filmsy, rebounds back awkwardly and not like good bags, especially the neck spring. It needs more bulk, only good feature is the bar you can use for defense. Scam for $200.

Got This Yesterday, Its A Scam

Scam for $200, it to flimsy, moves back and forth awkwardly, especially the neck spring, best feature is the bar you can use for defense and slipping, needs more bulk, needs to actually rebound back at you, should be $75, I will return this,

Multiple Functions, Easy To Assemble

Bought this to add some cardio to my workout routine. I would note to make you you put padding or carpet under base as it can wobble and be noisy for apartment livers.
