Received A Used Bag That Was Obviously Returned
I purchased this bag as a gift. Very dissatisfied with the delivery and the product. It was dropped off in the rain and placed against my garage door and driver took off. Box was damaged and taped up. We were home and would have appreciated a knock on the door to let us know it was being delivered. I would have refused it if I saw the condition of the box. When it was opened the bag was obviously used and returned. It had many black and red marks on it where it was hit. Extremely disappointed with the product, the delivery, and with whoever thought it was acceptable to repack a used and returned product and ship it out as new.
