Do NOT put the guard into boiling water. Let the water cool briefly before submerging the guard.

Worst Mouthpiece Ever

Bought hoping it would replace a 2 piece mouth guard.....don’t waste your money, it’s impossible to breathe through if you intend on actually using it for anything cardio. I practice mma and I couldn’t even take a full deep breathe at a resting heart rate. Garbage!

Good Protection But Hard To Breath.

Used it for boxing sparing. Takes up too much space in the mouth and hard to breath. Will be trying a single piece instead-- that's what everyone seems to recommend when looking at choosing a double piece or single piece for sparring.
