• The speed bag platform can be mounted to the center pole on three different sides, depending on the athletes space layout/need. Mounted to the left, back or to the right

DIMENSIONS:

• 48” wide x 58” length
• The speed bag platform when hanging to the side it extends out 30’ from the center- extends about another 6” past the footprint
• If you mount the speed bag platform off of the back it extends about another 8” over the base length

Pro Tips:

• When assembling insert all screws before tightening
• Tighten screws from the bottom up
• Recommended to add weights for stand stability(Not included).
• Tie the bottom of the heavy bag off to the loops on the stand for increased stability and to reduce the heavy bag from swaying.
• Stand may still slide if on a smooth floor, may need to position against a wall.
