I bought this 5 months ago from Dicks. Works great. Took a while to learn how to use a speed bag but I'm pretty good with it now and feel like a pro! definitely a good quality and will last a long time.

Great Product
I bought this product a month ago. The rivets came off that holds the bag within 9 days but Dicks gave me a new one with no questions and other then a rare flaw the new bag is great. Last bag from Dicks lasted me over 10 years.

Horrible Quality
Within 5 minutes this bag ripped the pins out that hold the loop n bam. Broken garbage made in China. Do not buy this crap.

Power Locks Failed
The power locks broke the first day. Hopefully Everlast fix this problem. I love the shape of the bag and how it hits. But the rivets on the old bag we’re better. Power locks rivets are cheap and break.

Everlast Powerlock Speed Bust.
This has to be one of the worse experiences I've had at dicks. This speed bag is extremely a piece of crap. I train a couple boxers and this bag always have problems. I've had to replace it 3 times in the last month from it either ripping from the seems of the hoop or just plain old bursting. I'm not training heavyweights for crying out loud these are teenagers. Horrible product!

Outstanding Durability, And Perfect Size!
I have purchased many speed bags throughout the past 4 years! Every time I purchased an Everlast speed bag it would not last very long! The leather housing was made well, however the inner-bladder would always seem to spring a leak sometimes within a 2 week period. And they are not cheap at over $40 each one i spent a lot on them, only for it to last a couple months at best. And the sizes previously available we're quite small and not very effective for exercise or training. However this upgraded speed bag says it's much more durable and will last longer. And the size of it when filled with air is absolutely perfect! The leather housing is made of much better quality and the bladder is advertised to be made with a denser rubber material. Although I have only had it for a month it has already been proven far more effective and has seemed to withstand far more punishment then the previously mentioned items. Being at a costly $67 w/tax I'm hoping it lasts much longer than the smaller original Everlast speed bags purchased before. Which it is doing excellently so far. If you have the money and want your exercise/training routine using a speed bag to be much more effective, then i highly recommend purchasing this particular much more heavy duty bag! You will not be disappointed! 5 stars for high quality item worth every penny!

Junk - Broke Within 10 Mins
Set up my platform and hung the bag up.. started hitting it and within 5-10 mins of using it, the fasteners that hold the hang loop to the bag broke and the loop detached. When I examined closer, the break was ironically right next to the “Made in China” tag sticking out the top.
