I Ordered The 16oz Red Gloves. They Gave Me 2 Right Hand 14oz Gloves

I ordered the 16oz Everlast Pro Style Elite Gloves in Red, and when they arrived, they were 14oz Gloves and both of them were right handed.I contacted customer service and they offered me a refund and sent me a return label to return the package to a FedEx post office. Absolutely disappointing
