Damaged And Missing. Poor Customer Service.

Almost everything came damaged or missing. The bag didn't inflate and was clearly popped inside. The wall mounting brackets were missing. The platform was chipped and dented. I do not recommend this at all. Customer service was unhelpful, they told me to ship it back or bring it back to the store for a replacement at 10% discount. Total hassle.

Box was significantly damaged when it arrived. After opening I seen the platform was also damaged.

Cheap Material

The speed bag starts deflating every 5 minutes the bars to mounts on the wall were really 14.5 inches apart instead of 16 and the swivel for the bag is really cheap plastic makes the bag way harder

Awful

Would not recommend this product to anyone. The bladder that come with the bag slipped out when attempting to fill the first time. Proceeded to spend 2 hours trying to get it the valve drum back in place. It is a terrible design. Zero videos on how to replace the bladder, zero Reddit forums. They are covering up how awful of a product they have. Will return immediately.

Great Speed Bag For The Money

I bought for my son as a gift, and he loves it. Works well.

Easy To Install And Sturdy But Speed Bag Is Defective.

Good set up and price but when we tried to inflate the bag the inflating valve went into the bag so that we no longer have a way to inflate it. Submitted warranty info and was advised someone would get back to me in 2-3 days -that was last week and I’m still waiting to hear back. I need a replacement bag.

Good, But Missing A Quality Swivel

Well made backboard... included gloves/jump rope are cheap...do yourself a favor and buy a quality swivel like in the attached pic. If you don’t… You’ll just get frustrated and hate this thing. The junkie swivel included just spins the bag around making it very difficult to learn on.

Very Poorly Made

I bought this speed bag set for my wife at Christmas. Finally installed yesterday and will be looking for a new brand ASAP. Material is very cheap and platform braces were not correctly made. Surprised that Dick’s is actually carrying this product.

Everything That You Need

Since I am a beginner looking to get started this package was perfect. It was easy to hang on the wall. Please note that it doe not include the lag screws that are needed to secure it to the studs in the wall. Also note that studs either must be 16” on center or you will need to use some kind of mounting fastener if securing the braces into Sheetrock without a stud.

Love It!!!

This is made of great quality! I feel like I get a good workout and it’s fun also. The only problem was hanging it as the directions had the parts backwards. You will love it!

It’s Cheap Expect It To Be Cheap

It gets the job done if you’re waiting for a nicer one. But don’t expect too much. As previous reviews said bag is cheap, swivel is cheap plastic, but my biggest complaint is that one of the bars had an 8 degree difference in bend. Making it uneven . I bent it into place since it’s just a place holder for a nicer one when they are in stock. It’ll do the job for a work out just don’t expect much.

Speed Punching Bag

Very disappointed. I was looking forward to train on this bag. But when I took out all the contents it was missing the punching gloves and the swivel that holds the punching bag.
