Great Punching Shield

I bought this for my husband to use as a make shift punching bag since we currently do not have the space. This shield is very sturdy but lightweight. We each take turns holding it for the other person to punch and kick. It has a lot of give and the handles are placed strategically so it is easy to hold. Very happy with this purchase. There is also a zipper at the bottom if you ever need to replace the foam inside. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but we use it often.
