[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super lightweight. If your player grows while owning these, you may only need to replace the lower guards and not the entire shin guard set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased 3 sets for each of my daughter's through club and HS ball since these came out. Lightweight, form fitting lower leg shield for custom fit. Knee cup with maximum padding to allow the catcher to be the athlete they are.

We bought a full set of catchers gear last season. Being able to purchase different parts of the leg guards is nice. In the off season, while my son was getting ready for the spring, the knees of both leg guards cracked. They were still usable but the cracks were significant - all the way across the knees. We were able to purchase and replace the upper guards.

The quality of this gear is very good my rating is based on the fact you have to also buy the lower leg guards . Should be sold as one set . Didn’t realize that and ended up paying WAY more for gear and shipping

These are so light that you almost forget you are wearing them per my son

My son is a big catcher, 6’3”, and has worn All Star for years. Being able to custom fit these to him and mold the calf piece is a huge advantage. He said this is the most comfortable gear he has ever worn! Worth the price.

Great , much lighter and seem to have helped in the hot weather this past week

This gear is over rated to say the least. Bought this for my high school aged catcher, and the upper molded shin guard ripped where the toe guard velcros on after just 2 games. I sent multiple emails about the issue, and all I get are generic reply emails back. Don’t waste your money.

Apparently, missing a piece that is purchased separately. Planning on returning item.
