Feel Like It’s Helping

I’ve been having what I would describe as tennis elbow for over a year. I play volleyball and do some light exercise/weight lifting every week and the pain in my elbow was continually exacerbated by this. My acupuncturist recommended I try a sleeve like this to help increase blood flow to the area and stabilize it. I’m not completely without pain, but it’s been helping.
