Gel-to-Shell® Process:
RIP open the foil bag and remove the soft shell, exposing the protective Shield to air activate EvoShield’s Gel-to-Shell Technology™
FIT the soft, flexible Shield in position and smooth any wrinkles. The Shield will begin to harden in about 10 minutes
WEAR the shell for 30 minutes for the Gel-to-Shell™ is complete. Once fitted, the Shield is permanently molded to your body shape for maximum protection

Sizing Info: Size Small is ideal for players with <10’’ arms. Size Large is ideal for players with >10’’ arms. Measure the circumference of your arm around the bicep to confirm your size.

Good Protection And Versatile Fit
I got this for my 11 year old and it molds well to his elbow. With the material, it'd fit any elbow unless you were very large. It's drippy, like he says, and will definitely protect from that inside fastball on the funny bone!
