Screws Fall Out After One Week

We got this helmet through our travel organization and after a week the chinstrap screw came out and is missing. There’s no way to find a replacement screw and the standard kit on the market has a different thread. To add to the disappointment there is no way to actually contact this manufacturer to get a screw or purchase it on this site or any site. I am ultimately left to leave a comment here and hope for the best. And please don’t try being helpful by responding with the warranty link. I already found it while trying to find a way to contact you. I simply just need a button screw for the chin strap.

Size Issue

The helmet itself is good quality but the sizing is off. Purchased a S/M adult helmet that was too big but that is the correct size in every other brand. If you want Evoshield with proper sizing you need the XVT 2.0.

Matte Black Evo Helmet

No padding and it don't have accurate measurements It just has letter sizes instead of normal inches We ordered large / xl and it's to big and no padding at all which is very worrisome and can't exchange because they don't have any more stock still waiting a refund Sizes should be 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 etc.
