14 year old loves this gear. Fits her well and she is able to move more easily than her old gear. Our only issue is that some of the stitching has already come apart and we’ve only had to gear for 6 months. The bottom of the channel where the wire is located has completely come undone and the ends of the wire have come through the foam. Not totally ready to write this gear off just yet as the concept is good just has some design flaws and shoddy construction. Hoping EvoShield will make this right for us and continue to work on gear designs for the female athlete.

I bought the chest protector for my 15 yo. The molding wire bent and ripped right through the material.

Good quality and it took some getting used to for my daughter but she likes it.

My 16 yo catcher loves the evoshield gear, but the chest protector needs a better design. The moldability is awesome, but the wire damages the fabric and eventually creates a hole.

Gear purchased for my 13 year old daughter, and is light weight & comfortable. The issue is the moldable wire is the belly area. It became twisted and then "un-moldable" while tearing the fabric when the wire couldn't be bent back into place.

This chest guard is a flimsy piece of foam without the Heart Guard a.k.a "Heart Shield" which goes in the Heart Guard Pocket. WELL... I ordered it online.. the instructions said insert the Heart Guard into the Heart Guard holder and guess what? You guys failed to ship those two key parts. Box was empty...there was no Heart Shield or Heart Shield Holder. I took it back to the store and re-ordered another one because your people said they couldn't just send the missing parts.... THE SECOND SHIPMENT WAS MISSING THE SAME PARTS.....so I returned it to the store and bought a chestguard from a competitor. I tried to educate your service people and the folks at EVOSHIELD but no one would listen. I believe if you incorrectly shipped it to me twice... you're probably incorrectly shipping it to everyone and losing money and customers.
