Cheap Product - Broke Immediately

We bought this for our kids and it was bad from the start. The delivery company won’t move it into your house and it’s extremely heavy. There was noticeable scratches on it before we set it up. After we got everything configured and leveled, the balls were rolling to the side in one area and it turned out the surface was bowed as I used a level on that spot to prove it. The worst part are the cheap plastic pieces that are supposed to hold the super heavy table in place. Two of them broke within the first week as it was clear it couldn’t handle the weight. I tried to fix it with my own screws, which helped until the plastic completely broke. We called in after trying our accommodations and of course it was outside of the short 90 day warranty. A product that is over $1k was that poorly build using cheap materials and they won’t take care of you even if you tried to help them by fixing it yourself. Terrible product.
