Rated 2 out of 5 by from Old stuff was better Have used the older black cloud for years now with great results. Then they changed the wad and primers and hasn't been the same. Even had a few primers not ignite. Sent to federal and they said they were within there standards nothing they could do. If you find an old box grab it but leave this new garbage on the shelf.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product I bought the last box at my local Dicks Sporting Goods for the extended goose season . Although I did not notice the Black Cloud shooting any better then my other shells , I did not notice a drop of either. They seem well made . I would use Black Cloud again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good stuff, just over priced It’s good stuff, BB will drop geese, can’t say it drops them any better or quicker than lesser priced steel shot. This cost me almost twice as much as Winchester super x in steel and odds of dropping them first shot isn’t any better or worse. Didn’t really notice much pattern difference on paper between the 2 using modified choke, but not willing to waste too much on paper to thoroughly test it at different distances

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets the job done Used while hunting waterfowl in Maryland. I felt like it had plenty of knockdown power and patterned very well. I will be purchasing again for my next waterfowl hunt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t buy again I bought a few boxes on a sea duck hunt in New Jersey. I usually run rio, but the store didn’t have any 3” just 3.5”. I went with the BC shells instead of the cheap xperts since I was paying good money for this guided hunt. Long story short these shells ran like crud out of my and my gf’s gun. A several shells never even patterned on the water. Luckily the guide had some Kent shells he let us run or it would have been a complete waste. On a trip to Arkansas a few of the BC got mixed in my blind bag, I went to finish a cripple on the water and it looked like only three bb’s rolled out the barrel. They barely made a splash around the bird. The next shot looked like I shot a slug at the bird and it was 25 yds out. Huge waste of money for these pricey shells that aren’t dependable. Stay away!!
