    Great Pole, Terrible Customer Service

    I bought this rod less than a year ago. Recently had the tip snap off and warranty was going smooth, at least communication wise via email. After providing all documents and serial numbers the line went silent. I have not been able to reach Fenwick through email or calls. Seems like they will not honor the warranty for the pole. So be wary buying this brand, because they probably won't honor the warranty if it breaks
