Can't Even Use It

Scooter itself is decent. Doesn't do hills whatsoever but rides smooth. Got up to 17 mph. Unfortunately two days after we got it the charger that came with it stopped working for no apparent reason. So we just can't use it and have been waiting for a new one to come. Company that actually sells the scooter is very hard to get hold of. I had to call Dick's sporting goods customer service twice and still took them forever to figure out how to contact the manufacturing company for the scooter. Spend some time emailing back and forth and finally they are sending out a new charger after a month. Mind you the limited warranty is only good for 90 days. Hopefully there will be no other issues.
