Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the money These sticks are great as they have steps on both sides and the steps are angled up. Easy to assemble. I discard the straps that come with them and use ratchet straps instead. Very good for the money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy Great product. I have another set that I purchased three years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job These climbing sticks are heavy but secure to the tree well to get in and out of stand with ease. I have bought several pairs for accessing hang-on stands in various locations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great buy, and makes stand set-up easy Minimal assembly needed, and very easy to install on tree...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Buy As some other reviews already stated, these sticks do require at least one extra ratchet strap to make them sturdy and stable enough to climb and the assembly pins are a bit noisy, but this is easily solved with a small piece of camo duct tape put over each one after assembly. I own two sets and I am extremely happy with both and will be purchasing a 3rd and possibly a 4th as I find more places to hunt. For the price you can't beat it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sub-par I have a set of climbing sticks from five or so years ago and I never used the D rings that they came with for connecting the segments together and have had no problems with them. Don't try that with these I put up the sticks and did the same climbed up the set and one of them split about four inches up the end. Obviously thinner gage material then my older set. The straps as mentioned in other reviews are to short.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome sticks Bought these on sale with the F&S Timberline Hang on stand for $100 total. Can't beat that deal. But like the stand, the straps provided leave a little to be desired. I just added two ratchet straps and it's rock solid. Easy to put up, no problems with either the sticks or stand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best steps out!! Best steps out there! The double rung are a lot nicer especially when hanging a lock on. Just makes climbing easier as well. Highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and stable If you're looking for a price option for climbing sticks take a look here. These do have a few flaws but overall they are stable once assembled and strapped to the tree. I'll give you the 2 major flaws for these 1. The nylon straps are short and not very trustworthy when you are 20 feet up. I would recommend using a ratchet on at the very least every other section.2. The wing nut attaching the tree stabilizer to the ladder has trouble staying tight. Check them either as you are climbing every time or replace this with a locking nut and you're good.Other than those 2 things this ladder is:-Easy to assemble-Made of solid materials-Steps are angled up, this makes it easy to balance and it just feels more stable.-Double steps make this good for any size or age person. It's easier to climb than alternating steps This ladder is a little heavy and awkward if you are carrying it through the woods. This isn't a problem as long as you plan ahead. I set mine up a week or 2 before the season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Noisy and straps to short Clips that hold it together are loose and are noisy when climbing, but the biggest reason for poor review is the straps. They won't fit around a tree I can get my arms around. Bought these because I thought they would be quick and more quiet to install than screw in tree steps. I was wrong. Wish I could get my money back. You get what you pay for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality product. Quality product that goes together well. I like the steps opposite of each other. Steps have added grip to keep your feet from sliding off.
Date published: 2016-10-24
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stable, easy to use, inexpensive I recently upgraded all my hang on stands to the Field and Stream 20 foot ladder stick. I am finding these much easier to use than screw in steps which I am finding are frowned upon by more landowners. For the price you cannot beat this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid product at a reasonable price These climbing sticks are well designed, well made, and assemble/install easily. It is quiet getting into the stand. Good value for what you pay for. Cheap enough that if someone steals it, well, it won't be the end of the world.
Date published: 2016-10-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy!!!! Sets up quick, and the plus is you can remove the bottom 2 pieces so no one can rip off your stand. Good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product These are the 3rd set of these sticks that Ive bought. They are the best sticks for the price! I like that each step has steps on both sides of the ladder instaed of alternating ones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good product Good Product. The fault with I found with it , is that the straps that secure it to the tree are too short in length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set of steps I have used a wide variety of climbing options. These are the best I have used so far. I really like the ease of assembly and they were easy to install. The seem sturdy and we will see how they last.

Date published: 2016-10-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for Price Perfect addition for Hang On Stand that you can leave up for season. Solid, easy to set up. Only improvement would be longer straps for larger trees. If you plan on leaving your stand up for long periods of time, these are the perfect steps.
Date published: 2016-10-03
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up Easy to set up, securely anchors to the tree. Just what I was looking for.
Date published: 2016-09-30
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too noisy and too heavy The climbing sticks stuck together during assembly. Had to hammer it off after simply putting it together and without climbing. Cant imagine doing the same in the woods.
Date published: 2016-09-30
Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product Fast and easy to set up and climb to my "hanger". Easily move to new location during deer season
Date published: 2016-09-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is safe and lightweight This product is safe and lightweight, easy to assemble and secure to the tree, very sturdy and ray to climb with plenty of room for your feet highly recommended.
Date published: 2016-09-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from just what I needed even though it says to use on smaller trees , I used these steps on a big oak and just add extra straps simular to what came with the steps and works perfect .
Date published: 2016-09-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Omg Best invention for treestand hunting. No more screw pegs.
Date published: 2016-09-27
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy climbing steps Very sturdy climbing sticks and are a true 20'. The only negative aspect would be the metal pins that hold them together tend to fall and are are lost for good during assembly in the field or when changing tree stand locations.
