Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product and functionality BUT worried about zip ties So I purchased this when it was in sale for just under $10. Amazing price. I love the elastic harness and how it allows you to carry the binoculars close to your chest but still be able to access them with your eyes. I am admittedly a little concerned at the fact that the plastic clips do not fit my Vortex binoculars and thus must be attached to the "O" rings via the very small sized zip ties. That is a lot of trust for a very expensive pair of binoculars based solely on tiny zip ties. I guess the inherent elastic nature of the harness removes most of the possible stress on the zip ties. I will be field testing them next month in the desert going after antelope.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great deal but... At the price I paid I wasn't expecting these to be this good. They're very comfortable and seem to be of great quality. Be aware that you will need a pair of split rings to attach them to some binos because the clips on the harness are much too large to fit through the space provided on the binos to attach them to. The manufacturer is surely aware of this and they would have received 5 stars if they had included the splits rings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprised me Honestly, I purchased this strap because I was going hunting the next day and the one I wanted wasn't in stock. I fully expected it to be uncomfortable and of lousy quality.I was wrong. The strap does an excellent job of holding up my binos (mid-size, can't say how it would perform with some bigger optics), was entirely comfortable for all-day wear, easy to get on and off, and of better-than-expected quality. We'll see how they do for longevity, but so far I'm very, very glad the more expensive ones were not available...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect. Okay, I have a pair of waterproof Marine binos I bought many years ago with a built in illuminated compass that you view through the eye-piece as you use them, I've wanted to use them for hunting for years but never have because they have the tendency like many binos to tilt forward when they hang from the neck strap they came with.So I used a smaller pair I had spare...not as good but they hung better, until now.A friend of mine got one of these shoulder straps and swore by them so I went and bought these. They pull the binos in tight to your chest and they sit exactly where they should, bringing them up to your eyes is swift and natural and the elasticity of the straps allows for proper eye placement. My only issue and the reason why I didn't give them 5 starts is the clips are not easy to fit direct to the binos, I ended up using the metal clip rings provided but in my opinion that's not an ideal situation, I'd prefer to use the plastic clips direct given the choice and with a very minor alteration in the way they are made I think I could have done. That being said, I'm being a little picky I guess and now I have the straps on however I ended up having to do it the end result works pretty well. I can finally take these binos out and wear them out instead of having them sit in a drawer and see the light of day once in a blue moon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best design. This is my 2nd pair of this type of binocular stapes. I have recevied another more exspencive type with complete safty cover. I prefer this type. My binocular stay close where i need them, easy to put on and off, nothing to mess with while scouting. ( I have had wild life gone before i could unstrap my holder to lift my binoculars other types o0f steps. Dicks had these for a great price and i had to have them!!! I LOVE This design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple neck saver! What's not to like? The only thing is I'm not sure how they are supposed to connect to binoculars exactly. I used a couple small key rings and clipped the harness to them. I've seen other seen people using other types and they're being held on with zip ties so maybe it's just something you have to figure out. Elastic is very stretchy and I'm not sure if that's good or bad but I guess makes it easy to get on and off.
