Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Rod broke first time I set the hook on a fish. This is my second rod of this brand and first one did the same

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad so far Works like a charm. Bass don’t care about your fishing rod

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Already on my second one... For what its worth both my rods have been labeled Light-Medium not Light. I don't think they actually make a Light rod in the 6' length. Anyway, I really enjoy fishing with this rod, but as others have said its not the most durable. I snapped my first one within a month when I got snagged using 8 lb line. I walked back into Dicks and they gave me a new one, no questions asked. Can't complain for a $15 rod.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hit or miss I’m happy with the first rod I got so I wanted to get another one so I ordered one on line when I got the new one it was 3” short and looks like the tip was replaced very disappointed hoping that that make good and send me one that’s not flawed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke on the first fish I caught Purchased this rod cause I needed something to replace my last broken rod and didn't want to spend a lot of money. The rod is nice looking for sure and I liked the feel of it but on the very first fist I caught with it (about a 3-4lb bass) the tip snapped off. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inexpensive, light weight, great grip Purchased this to replace an Abu Garcia that snapped in half after two uses. This was $25. Super lite weight and easy to cast. The grip/handle is great. I spent a day landing red fish 16-21" in size. Love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from extremely weak for a light rod. Broke first trip out one tiny snag and it was done. Spend the extra 15 bucks and get a ugly stick.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Field and Stream Inferno Spinning Rod I purchased this nice looking rod for my son in law and unbelievable it broke the third time he cast with it. I have never purchased such junk. All inferno rods should be recalled as they won't hole up to anything, even casting with a 1/16 ounce weight.
