Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finding items at Dick 's Sporting Goods. This review is more for the retailer Dick's.The product is very durable and we'll made... no problem there but the problem was actually finding the item itself... it wasn't with the other hunting clothing and gear... it was on a tiny rack in between golfing and a main isle way... and there was only two sizes.. small and xl... no large no xxl... but a full display of one version of only two sizes... working in retail myself, I can understand the frustration of looking for one specific item. To find it not in its own dept.. but further more it wasn't an over order or surplus and the store just already sold out of different colors and sizes... not the case... the golfing associated told me that their corporate office sent the display and only the one version of two sizes to cover the display... as a "distro" and there was no others that came along with it.. he offered to see if he could order different size and color and really wanted me to walk away feeling like I didn't just spend an hour aimlessly searching for an item that was improperly placed and had less than half then of the actual available kinds never mind the sizes. The nice man told me that if I bought the item and kept the proof of purchase that "if" they got more on I could exchange it. BUT He didn't know for sure If they were even receiving more being as 'so many items just arrive'. With many retail chains going under or downsizing due to online merchant competition... I would advise allowing your department heads order the bulk of what their 'usual clientele' is in store for... instead I was accosted with an over abundance of various sports memorabilia, yeti cups, and the still over priced but 'marked down' golfing polos... which was spaced out everywhere. The huge fish dept was all but empty as was the general hunting dept.. you just have to know your surrounding demographic. Example: Even if there aren't many golf courses around, you want to carry at least more than one variant of size and brand polos, gloves, and clubs. It seems more of a glorified local team football merchandise store than an actual 'sporting goods' store (which implies various kinds of sports other than golf and football)... also I would recommend allowing your dept more freedom in what they are allowed to order as normal stock and tailor that selection to what the majority of the people commonly ask for.. As a Meat Dept manager I seen a huge turn around in sales when I stopped ordering meats that corporate recommended and started carrying more of the items that people commonly ask for... (within limits of course) I also understand that there is merch deals and so on but save those items for mandatory displays only and allow your mangers for freedom to order what people want.. Not every store has to be an exact clone of one another (with the only difference being each states popular football or baseball teams logo is plastered across the isles of cups, tumblers, footballs, tiny flags, and foam fingers... Before I walked in I thought the store would have all the nuanced hunting, fishing, and outdoors items but when I walked in it was Sports Team everything with a few fishing rods off to the side next to a forgotten isle of old fish bait... and then golfing everything. Plus the isles of sports merch... and this is bewildering seeing as the store sits in a city that is nestled along a river.. with rural counties surrounding it.. and this location (Evansville IN) could have a monopoly on cheaper hunting equipment with such lack of competition... Not saying people here don't Tee up the green because I'm sure they do but to stick your shelves with the amount and the associates say...'I don't know it just keeps coming' just shows the lack of understanding of local demographics... With all due respect, I found most of what I needed from the Walmart just down the road which makes me sad. The place seemed to be a National and College sports merch gift shop. More freedom for your employees and less shipping of 'filler' stock just because hey the store in Indiana must need rows and rows and rows of IU college merch and Colts merch, right? And isles of colored footballs, not basketballs and soccer balls just footballs, and lanyards, and cool sporty socks. I couldn't tell if I was in a sporting goods store or the gift shop at the bottom of YUM Stadium. Every location I've been to is a mock image of the one before with only a slightly different layout and different sports team featured. And this this frustration all started with a hunting shirt of the one size that wasn't there and was, in my head, the best place to find said gear... I truly hope this helps... and I feel you would want brutal honesty in today's commercial competitive world.. -Shawn

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too big I bought a medium (the smallest size available) and it was too large. Very baggy on me. I'm 5'7, 170lbs and I think it's made for someone 6'2, 220lbs. Also, not impressed with quality, I will be returning it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great baselayer Great quality for a good price. This product was on clearance so I gave it a shot. My first experience with this type of compression base layer and I was impressed. Thin, but warm and will work great for early season hunts or as a base layer for the cold season. I haven't gotten to test on a hunt yet so I can't say anything on the scent control part. Will purchase more of these in the future for sure.
