Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dont waste your money! I bought this as a quick and easy way to save some time and money when i go to my local range. First if there is any wind be prepared to fight with your paper targets and the stupid clips for a while. Second be very gentle staking it in the ground, i know its winter and the ground is hard but the U shaped prong broke off at the weld when i tried to put it in. Third it will inevitably get shot at some point, for me it was the first outing, and when it did it wasnt pretty and the whole thing fell apart, not just the centralized damage that one would expect. Not even my bullet! Maybe this was intended for .22's and airguns or airsoft only?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap and works, but flimsy and fiddly The product was very affordable and does setup two paper targets. It held up in mild wind and stakes firmly into the ground. But I only gave it two stars because it's just a horrible design. The target paper has to be an exact length. It uses generic binder clips. Even after completed, if lopsided, the targets will slide off. Think clothes hanger sliding off the end of a pole. Easier to clip targets up on a table or with helping hands. Since I primary use this on BLM land, tables are scarce. Swapping targets down range isn't easy. Sure cardboard would help, but there's just better systems out there for not too much more money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good idea, could be lots better. This was a good idea, but could be a lot better. We were using a .22 Henry rifle and paper targets. All but 1 of the clips that hold the targets ended up getting shot and broken. The horizontal bars ended up taking a shot or two each and were bent severely. Would have been better if the vertical bar material (width of steel, etc) had also been used for the horizontal bars. Of course, if you are a good shot it isn't a problem. I had both of my kids out learning to shoot, though, and now am going to have to make significant repairs to the stand after just one use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy, flimsy, flimsy I bought this for my father-in-law for Father's Day. I was not impressed as I took it out of the box in the woods to set it up, and I discovered it is in more separate parts than I thought would have been possible. It is clearly designed to fit into the smallest box possible rather than for user convenience. Okay, fine. It holds the target, whatever. but hit that target, and the bulldog clips that are included to attach the target come off and fly away in the the underbrush. I cannot believe I spent almost $20 for this pathetic item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I was really exited to use the target stand, however, the threads are too loose, cross-arms too small and flimsy, the ground stake poorly balanced, and the wing-bolts won't stay tight even when using a pliers.Within the first hour, while sighting in a .22 caliber, an initial shot hit the flimsy cross-arm and completely broke it in half. After that, it all went downhill in a hurry, target kept dislodging from the clips despite cardboard backing, stand kept tipping over, targets fell off due to clips and target impact. Etc. etc. etc.I typically feel an inexpensive stand should behave and act as an inexpensive stand, however, to say this behaved as an inexpensive stand would be a gross overstatement.Overall design concept = BActual Design = DQuality of Manufacture = F

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can take the hits Used this for holding my pistol targets, it is what it says it is. Hit the main center support pole pole with a .40s&w fmj and all it did was scuffed it, no bend or chips. Would recommend using some scotch tape and not the clips provided, they are a hassle. Only draw back is the short height it could be a little taller.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't last long. Don't expect this product to last long. Took it out to the range right after purchasing the target holder to aid in sighting in a few rifles. All it takes is one bullet to hit any of the metal to render the product useless. Overall it was not worth what I paid, I regret this purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expected a little more... The product is not as sturdy as I would have hoped. While I understand you get what you pay for, this was not worth the money. It's too short and it's not easy to keep the target in place with the clips that were included. I will say it works well for my kids and their pellet guns. It appears as if this product was quickly thought up and put together. I would recommend against it if you have other options or it's for kids 8 or up, it was frustrating for them to get the target on. It will work in a pinch.
