Good For price, nice solid weight plates, bar can get a bit slick if your not wearing gloves I do recommend a bar pad if squatting or when bench pressing alot of weight so you can be careful of solid bar hitting your chest area. But nice for price

Great Starter Set Of Weights

I bought this for my teenager, who started weight training at school. This set gives them the barbell, dumbbell and the corresponding weights. Again, it's a great starter set. If you're lifting a lot of weight already, you probably want the larger set. It will be easy to add weights as he lifts more weight over time.
