Wrist Weights
Fine purchase for their purpose. I often wear it higher on my arm for variety but best when thumb grips used. Seeing how long it lasts until the beads break through. So far, so good.

Great comfort
I am actually typing wearing the wrist weights. I bought them and the 5 lb ankle weights to get extra exercise walking my dog. The finger holes keep them from spinning around. Now, I am planning to wear them around the house too. I work on computers, so any exercise is beneficial.

No no no. Don't waste your time or money.
I can write a long and lengthy review of why these are terrible, however, the bottom line is, for the same exact price you can get the Nike ones which are a million times better… No reason to even think twice just pick Nike.These are bulky, uncomfortable, annoying Velcro straps.:.just get the Nike ones for the same price.

The inner aspect of the wrist weight should be cushioned more to prevent its friction induced rubbing against distal ends of the ulna and radial bony prominences in persons like me who are subcutaneously or fat deprived.The velcro is great.Anchoring the weight around the hole designed for the thumb is also very appropriate and an excellent idea.

Wrist Weights - poor fit and comfort

Easy and does what I need
Decent product and I use them for ab work and a little more weight on dumb bell toning. A little more than what I wanted to pay for them but does the job.
