Great Inexpensive Gym Mat

The padding is soft and very comfortable to work out on. It's very easy to set up and can be adjusted to fit the room. Worth the price and ease.

Great Foam Tiles

These tiles worked out very well. I'm using them for a workout area that will have a rowing machine, etc. The tiles are ¾" thick (not 1/2" like other brands) and are firm, yet have some "give" to them for feet comfort. FYI, I placed some extra (thin) side pieces under my equipment so that it does not dig into the foam. That approach works well. P.S. I bought them on sale, so that was an extra benefit.

Overall, I love the floor guards. They are nice and comfortable. The borders can be an issue pending on the alignment but not a major issue. I bought a lot of them.
