I Needed A Replacement, Fast!

After I accidentally lost one of my 10-pound plates down an elevator shaft (they slip down easily into the opening where the door slides), I needed to find a single plate to replace it. I called my local Dick's store, and an employee made sure they had exactly what I needed before I went by and picked it up. Kudos to that employee!
