Rated 1 out of 5 by from Padding insufficient I bought this before reading the reviews (lesson learned). I weight 130 and could feel my butt on floor when sitting on it. When I laid on it and bent legs up to check I could feel my back bone was touching the floor. Really? I returned it without a problem. Maybe if you use it on carpet, it would be ok but not a hard floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs!!! Bought two and couldn't be any happier! Outside of doing handstands against the wall, I'm pretty sure I'm not using these mats as intended. I specifically wanted something to cushion my barbell when doing deadlifts. I checked into stable mats, interlocking floor mats, a training platform etc. For me, this was the best option. These mats protect my hardwoods from damage and they are light weight so I can grab them and go without any problems. Folded up, they are stored under the bed. They are great quality and at a great price. With mats folded into 3s, it equals 5.25" thickness. I keep them folded while dropping 200+ lbs and so far there have been no problems with the seams busting or the vinyl cracking. I'm sure that there will be wear and tear sooner or later but for now they are a really good solution to my temporary problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice mat! I've only had it about a month, but so far so good for everything. I do yoga on it every morning. Use it for Tabata circuit exercises. Good amount of cushion. Made well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from butt berry? couldn't do sit ups on my previous mat without blistering, looked at sit up specialty pads for the same money which i happily would have paid to avoid the blister, saw this online and went to store to check out, thick, well made, and not spongy and that's the difference.....no more blister!......gonna buy another before it's discontinued

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money This mat seems well constructed, but the padding is worthless. I only weigh 142 lbs, but when I sit on this mat, I can feel the floor. Uncomfortable and defeats the purpose of the mat. I had to go to a different store to get a good mat that doesn't compress to nothing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor I bought this for doing sit ups on a hardwood floor covered by an area rug. The thickness of the mat is deceiving - my bottom was hitting the floor through the padding. It's not worth the money and will be returned to the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap -- not worth the price Got this as a gift. It's really thin so it hurts when kneeling. Plus the velcro on all sides hurts (meant for connecting multiple mats). You constantly scrape your legs on it. Horrible product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect exercise mat I use this 2" cushioned exercise for simple body-weight exercises, stretching, and crunches. It folds up into thirds, and the velcro clasps and handles make it simple move around and keep out of the way.
