Missing Parts - After Purchasing 2x
Bought this 2x - the first time it was missing the entire bag of screws. So I returned and repurchased. When putting together the 2nd one, the last screw head we had to put on wouldn’t stay because it was the incorrect piece. Very disappointed that this is the 2nd one we received where the parts weren’t included/incorrect. It was easy to assemble but just a warning when purchasing you may not get all the parts. I also emailed their customer service email and received no response.

Great For Upper Body Strength!
I bought this after seeing a similar one at my son's house. I realized how it uses rotational force and doesn't damage the wall or door frame. It was easy to install and is very sturdy. I work from home, so I use it multiple times per day just to hang. Started off with 20 seconds at a time, now easily up to 40. Started with only being able to do 3 pull up, now up to 6. I do these same exercises at the gym but it's so nice just to be able to do them anytime now. If you want to work on your grip strength and upper body, this is a no brainer.

Durable & Solid Build
I've had this pull-up bar for about a month now and it works great. Previous bars I've owned are a little cheap and seem flimsy but this bar is solid and doesn't shake. The only issue I have is the foam grips because they make it hard to grip the bar when your hands are wet. I will likely cut the foam off and tape the bar instead.

Ease Of Installation
I bought this for my out of town grandson for Christmas. When we visited him this week (250 mi) it was still in its box. I took it out of the box and was able to assemble it and install it in less than 15 minutes. Very user friendly.
