They Hurt My Ankles

They hurt. The concrete/steel, or whatever that material is, rubs against your ankle. I do not recommend.

Poor Design

If you want an adjustable ankle weight, move on, don't buy this. It's really a hunk of crap. each unit has 10 little cylinders of sand, each 1/2 pound. getting the cylinders out, so as to adjust the weight, is quite difficult. Impossible is the task to get the cylinders back in when you want to increase the weight. If you're looking for something to try your patience, you'll get a great workout with these if you desire to change the amount of weight.

Great Product And Made With Great Material

I bought this about a months ago to help me rehabilitate my new knee and it is a fantastic product. It fits nicely and the Velcro strip is so strong the weight belt doesn’t budge. The weight is adjustable which is so perfect for rehabbing. The material is very comfortable and not at all annoying to the skin. This was just a great purchase

Not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. I had them delivered and wow are they nice. I'll being wearing these every day because I have diabetes and I need the extra weight when I walk for leg circulation. Thanks for such a good product.

Great In Theory…

Got these almost half off - thanks Dick’s! But these are really bulky. I agree with those that say it’s very difficult to pull out the individual weights, let alone get them back in. Each weight is filled with what feels to be some sort of sand - they are not bars/metal tubes. Wish they were. The weights stay in their pouches and don’t slide out when inverting them. May not be good with all the weights in for those with skinny ankles like me. I returned these and paid a little more for the weights with metal tubes.
