Excellent Ab Workout
Great workout for abs…not as hard as you think to get consistent in! Bought this for my teenage son who has back pain and this is much lower impact on back than sit-ups or an ab roller

Very Smooth
I paired this ab wheel with the Fitness Gear exercise mat and it is awesome for rollouts. The curvature of the handles makes the exercise very comfortable and natural.

Sturdy Ab Wheel
I like the width of this ab wheel and how the handles are slightly below center. The texture on the handles is a little too aggressive for my tastes but I just wear my weight gloves when using it, so not a big deal. I've been doing ab wheel videos on Youtube using this ab wheel and it has performed wonderfully. I would recommend this ab wheel for anyone in the market for one.
