I bought this specifically because it has the thumbs loops! Unlike other wrist weights that slide around on your arm!

Just Okay
The quality of the weights is great and is a nice product. However, the weight is awkwardly distributed. If you wear an Apple Watch or any watch when you exercise, it’s uncomfortable and covers it.

Perfect For Walks
I wear these during my walks and when I’m doing chores around the house. They are a little big but still manageable to get things done while wearing them.

Versatile!
I got the 1.5 pound per wrist weights. They were the perfect weight. I use them to warm up and also to add a little extra weight when lifting. They are snug because of the thumb holes and Velcro straps.
