Great For At-home Pt
I will have knee surgery next month. I'm using the bands for "Pre-T" exercises to get in shape, and will use them post-surgery for PT recovery. The bands are durable and great for hip/quad exercises. I'm using both medium and strong for a variety of exercises and am very happy with them.
