Good Resistance
Bands work great. The resistance at all 3 levels seem to be accurate. I do enjoy using them at home when I'm not able to hit the gym. I get a great workout with them.

The bands come medium, heavy and extra heavy. Too much tension. And they roll and don’t sit flat.

These are no better or worse than bands that you can get in five packs for half the price.
