Suitable Kettlebell

I do exercises for my hip and was advised to start upping the weight so I bought the next size up from my previous kettlebell. I do sort of wish these had grips to make holding them easier on my hands, but they are cheaper than kettlebells elsewhere, and I suppose you get what you pay for lol
