Solid, stable, and versatile. Great for step workouts, strength training, or using as a low bench. Grippy surface and adjustable height make it perfect for home workouts.

The risers do not lock in place. You go to pick it up or move/slide it over, it all comes apart. I would not feel safe doing a strenuous work out and it coming off.

Fitness Steps

I like to strengthen lrg muscles doing step-ups and straddle downs. The ateps seem nice abd solid, however I would have liked to have 2 sets of rizers to make the step higher.

Same Complaint As Everyone Else

I bought it in the store and asked the lady who was helping me if I could get extra risers. She googled on Amazon and said the company itself doesn’t seem to sell them, other companies make “universal risers” that will fit it. I’m not sure what she saw but I’ve done all the Internet searching I can and I’m coming up with nothing. The other companys’ risers look different. I’ll be returning this item. I should’ve read the reviews first.

I purchased online with the assumption that I could add extra risers. I’ve checked Dicks, Amazon and several other sites and can not find any this size. Sadly I will be returning, I don’t mind the small size but really wish I could add risers. This is like buying an oddly shaped weight bar that comes with 1 set of 20lb weights, no additions available……. :-/ :-/ :-| :-|
