This is a great flat bench!!! - Sturdy and well made!!! - Great for dumbbell fly's and presses, as well as overhead triceps extensions. I also use it for power band warmups.

Sturdy build but the fabric that wraps around the pad is already starting to come loose. The staples are coming apart.
