I bought this a month ago and it fits in good with my home gym space. It is sturdy, wide and long enough to do routines. The padding is comfortable and thick enough for comfort.

I bought this to go with a set of dumbbells so that I could do butterflies and over head work in my basement. The bench was a necessary addition because the basement has a low ceiling. I also use the bench for decline pushups and leg lifts
