Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fitness machune with a small footprint I purchased this Fitness Gear Home Gym at a great price. I had been looking at it for a couple of years. I just turned 70 and bought it for a birthday present for myself. It started at $500 and I got it last week for $220. Took a while to put it together. I left off the weight covers as I wanted to see them as they slide up and down. On the lat pull down I was pulling too hard and the weight rod would hit the top. Without the covers in place I could watch more carefully. It is just what I needed in a small home gym. As you get older it is a matter of use it or lose it. So far I see it as very well designed and constructed only time will tell. I don't plan on abusing it or myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad for $299. This gym is not bad for its price. It's perfect for the weight resistance that my wife and I need. The instructions were easy to understand and I like how the little parts/pieces came in four sections that followed the 15 steps. It doesn't really take up that much space. This will be fine for early morning workouts before work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product I bought this gym in March 2016. Only after 9 months, the bench press base broke. This gym in made of some sort of plastic or plastic like material. It is not made of steal and most likely is only made to sell and not to last. All reviews here are less that 12 months old, so it will be interesting to see what happens to durability of this product or the lack of it. In addition, this gym is not made for any one over 6 feet tall as the top bar on the weight stack is too low...but wait....I am not done it. You will have to stand on the foot support when doing biceps curls or shoulder shrugs otherwise the entire gym moves under the weight (this will not happen if you are using light weights). Absolutely horrible product with poor design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for its price I just purchased this exercise equipment two weeks ago and I like most of the exercises I can do with it. My wife and I put it together and it took us 6-7 hours to assemble it. I'm 6'1" and have some difficulty with a couple of the exercises as the machine is not tall enough. My wife is loving it. Other than that, no other issues so far. I found it on sale plus got extra store discount.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome gym; HORRIBLE directions. I got this gym for the awesome price of $300, and it was worth every penny. It's a good quality set up and works smoothly. It also comes with a poster with recommended workouts/lifts. The assembly is a little rough, as the directions are absolutely ridiculous, but it's worth it after its built. You can work out just about every part of your body and change workouts effortlessly. It's all right there, all the gym machines you need, combined into one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Height This is a coo machine but if you too tall and you try to work out on this it will be limited because most of the machine requires you to pull on it and by the time you get half way up to where you wanna be the weights will have stopped at top of the machine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meets my needs I bought this to have a home workout. While not for serious weight lifters since the weight stack is only 110 lbs (actual resistance is higher depending on what you are doing). Being older, I just wanted to be able to maintain what I have. The machine doesn't take up a lot of room since the footprint isn't very big. It gives me a sufficient mix of exercises for my needs. It took me about 3 hours to assemble. The only negative I have is that the directions are just pictures. There are no words as to what each step is doing. As you you to the last few steps, the pictures are really hard to figure out since there is so much included on each page. These pages should be broken down to the different pieces so that they are easier to see. Other than that, for the price, it was a good deal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a great gym suppliment My son, wife and I work out at a local gym almost daily. We wanted to put in a small gym in our home to use as a filler when we are not able to go out.It would be unfair to compare this to top of the line gym equipment, but for home workouts it is more than adaquate. The picture only instructions were not wonderful, but my two sons were able to make sence of them and had it together in about two hours.Helps to have 2 people put it together. It is quite rugged and does quite a few functions. A dvd or better work out instructions would be a plus as it only has a simlpe wall chart to demonstrate all exersises.
