Great Treadmill Mat

I purchased this mat to put my new treadmill on as I have wood floors The mat is thick enough to protect my wood floors

Can’t Review Because I Can’t Get The Contracted Installer To Deliver It

I purchased the treadmill on 10/29. The staff in the store were helpful. We agreed on a delivery/ install date they set up for one and a half weeks later, which I thought was kind of long to wait but agreed as that date was on a day I was available. Delivery date came and no one showed up. Called the store they said I was called, I was not. I checked the installers email with the original delivery date and found they had changed it without notice to a day I was unavailable. I am available 4 days a week and told them when I would be able to take delivery. They emailed back 4 days later with a date that was not any of the dates I gave them so I had to reject that delivery date. I work 12 hour shifts. I called the company and asked again for a delivery date was on the phone a half hour, told I would be messaged with another date. Again no email the next day. Called again next day same response. Again no date sent. Then the following week I was sent another date I already told them I was unavailable. I responded with 3 days available this week and 3 next week. They then sent me the same date again for this week i already had rejected due to my work schedule.I submitted 3 weekdays for next week and again get sent a date not any of which I said I was available. I have been waiting 2 days for a response. I’ve been charged already for a treadmill that by next week will be a month waiting for. Dicks needs another contractor for delivery and set up. And it’s not even the Christmas season. The company says it’s their availability not the customers they go by. Poor customer service. I will be looking for a refund soon if this goes beyond a month. All reviews on this item state that some have arrived damaged from the factory so I wanted the delivery and set up to guarantee I had a working treadmill not a damaged one. Remains to be seen what the actual product is like. If I ever get it I can review the product.

Great Mat To Go Under Large Equipment

Bought this to go under a new (relatively large, and heavy) treadmill. Good cushioning. Sturdy. Large enough.
