They Should Be Called Donuts Of Pain

They are metal weights. Better quality than weights currently at Walmart but for slightly more money. But I can confirm, these weights are weights.

These plates are old school good. Compared to much thicker plastic plates there's nothing better than pumping real iron. Make sure you have the right thickness barbell as there are two sizes. The design give you 3 handle options making it easy to add and remove the plates. They also look attractive in a matching set.
