Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job I've found that 45cm plates on the bottom pegs will rest on the bottom crossmember and will be touching and rubbing each other when you put them side by side (forget about putting 45s on top AND bottom) which makes pulling them out less than smooth (aggravating even). Each peg barely fits four 45s with no room for the clip if you're worried safety. With that being said, it does the job as far as storage goes and my home gym is much neater for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better organization GOOD: * Easy to put together * Easily holds 45s and 35s in front, 25s and 10s in back and 5s and 2.5s on top, with room to spare. I suspect, though I haven't tried, that it could probably handle bumper plates... at least on the bottom pegs (not sure if you could fit them on the top as well) COULD USE IMPROVEMENT: * The end caps on the pegs pop out very easily when taking plates off. I've decided to just leave them off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite plate tree This is my second Fitness Gear Olympic plate tree. It holds Olympic plates up to 45 lbs and is easier for me to grab the plates than the trees that store the plates vertically. If you've ever had a finger pinched with a vertical plate holder, you know what I mean. It will also store Olympic size barbells, trap bars, curl bars, etc. Love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from decent, but assembly is a problem went to assemble this and the bolts to hold the bottom stabilizer bars had circular indentations in them, as opposed to allen wrench or star type. The bolts are self locking, so getting things to tighten was problematic. I had to use a locking vice grip on the bolt and then tighten. Quality Control is an issue when things like this happen I believe. Plus, no 'tools you will need for assembly' kind of instructions as well. But, since there is the issue with the bolts, I can't blame them for not providing that info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Stable Very happy with product. Our bar was to big to fit in holder -- otherwise very pleased.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit bumper plates of the same size Kind of sucks that I can't put all of my bumper plates on here because it doesn't have to right spacing. Sturdy product but not big enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for. This does the job, but by no means is a top of the line end all tree. The pets are big enough for metal plates, but not bumper plates I imagine. The tree is lightweight, but sturdy. My only gripe is how loose the plates are on the pegs, it's not nearly the Olympic size, maybe only 75% of the diameter. I use this tree for my micro adjustment plates to compliment my Ethos rolling tree. Leaving that one just for bumpers. All in all, worth it at only $60.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good weight tree. Doesn't fit olympic size plates. Bought this rack under the assumption it would fit olympic plates. It does not, its too small and once put together was not sturdy at all. Poor weight tree.
