A Great Value
I’m currently in outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy. My 2nd session I was shown the stability ball and its usages. We began at this session and it made such a difference. I inquired the size and I purchased the 65cm. My rehab is for a fractured vertebrae and this ball makes a difference coupled with the other exercises I am directed to perform. I go two days a week and use the ball in between sessions. I believe this is good quality comparable to the ball at the clinic. It was easy to inflate although I filled it 2/3 of the way, let it rest over night to become acclimated to the room temperature. I purchased this on a very cld blustery day. It sat in my van and was very cold. The following day I completed inflation and it hasn’t lost a pound of air yet. Sure this is a lot of information but in some instances it needs to be communicated to the “doubting Thomas’s” This for me was a wise purchase and the store I went to had it in stock, along with other choices.

Dangerously Cheap
Mine exploded while I was working out I hurts my back and Dicks didn’t even refund me. Not good quality look for something more safe if you can.
