Allows me to focus on single arm pulley exercises as well as acting as v-bar for rows. Seem good quality and handles are comfortable even with heavier weights. Couldn't find anything much cheaper elsewhere. Very satisfied!

The handles are easy to use and allow for great flexibility on a variety of exercises. Now that my body is reconditioned to handle workouts, I will probably get more tubes to go along with this product.
