This power tower offers a competitive price point, making it an ideal choice for upper body strength training.

Works great for me and my family. Tallest in my family is 6ft tall and can use good just has to bend knees a little when doing full pull up extension. I’m 220lbs and holds me great even when doing dips

Love this products. My age are growing stronger by the day. The only thing id recommend is more attention to the arms test for supper of the elbow

Back rest pops out really easily and almost injured my son the first-time he used it. We folded small pieces of cardboard and wedged in the slots to help keep the bracket in place, seems to be working better now.

We like doing ab workouts on this machine and it is a great value compared to other models on the market. Could have easily paid more than 10 times as much for the same result. Excellent choice for a home gym

I saw this marked as 159$ now it's $189? Is this model modified?

I bought this a month ago and it exceeds my expectations.

I'm a 47 year old women and set this up by myself. It took a little over an hour. Easy set up. The equipment is sturdy though the height is a bit shorter than I expected, for some reason I thought the pull up bars would be adjustable but I must have confused this for another one I was comparing this to. The big con for me is that the pull up handles are very far apart, very. Im not sure why I didnt catch that when viewing this item but it really limits the type of pull up that you can do and also dead hangs can't be done various ways. I would not recommend this item do to this. However if you will focus more on leg crunches, knee raises and elbow dips this is a great product.

The equipment is sturdy enough. The weak portion is definitely the back rest. It moves while you are lifting your legs in position. Setting it up is also quite the work out in itself.

I purchased this online on Sunday, got it delivered today (Wednesday) and put it together in under an hour. The instructions are clear and concise, the parts are easy to identify or in a blister pack that has them clearly marked. It's a decent addition to a home gym where budget is a consideration. I may need to add weight to the bottom for additional stability but I'll avoid going too crazy on it until then.

Your image here has the pad upside down. The writing is on the left and it gets turned around :) Caution putting this together - it’s easy to dent the metal tightening the bolts with a wrench and there’s no mention of torque settings or when to stop. Also nothing is labeled but just pay attention to part details when assembling to determine the side it goes on.

3.5 stars if it would let me. It was good for the price but here are the things I wish were done differently: For the pull up portion padding should also be on the inside part for neutral grip pull ups; For the leg raises, the tolerances for the backing are fairly loose, so the back will wobble unless you REALLY press into it, or rig something to hold the back in place better (duct tape is what I used); when moving the back to the lower position for decline sit ups, the hole for the locking mechanism for the back is on the left, but this results in the tapered portion being at the top and then your legs and misaligned for the foot holds. You can reverse it by pinching the lock and not using the locking mechanism. Even in the photos you can see that when they have the back in the bottom portion the SILVER pin isn't showing through the pinhole. You cannot reverse the white frame portions either as the openings would not be in the center. A pretty tragic design flaw to be honest.

I am 5'4 "and under 100 lbs. I put it together on my own. It was tough but can be done. Issues: The backrest moves when doing leg lifts, and the armrests are too wide for a smaller person. This makes it almost impossible to perform leg lifts. I have fully assembled it and will need to unassemble to return it. Bummed!
